Attestari
Attestari is an AI-powered Cybersecurity tool — Independent verifier that audits npm and PyPI packages before AI agents install them. Best for: Cybersecurity. Pricing: Free (GateOnAI Score: 67/100).
Independent verifier that audits npm and PyPI packages before AI agents install them.
Attestari provides an independent examination of the packages that AI agents install. It reads the exact file downloaded by a package manager—not the source repository—and runs a fixed set of checks on every MCP server and agent tool listed in public registries. For each finding, Attestari publishes the file name, line number, and exact text that triggered the issue, and if a package cannot be read, it reports the reason instead of assigning a grade. All verdicts are public and no publisher pays for the assessment. Grading is based on the highest confirmed severity of findings: Grade A for no confirmed findings, Grade B when the highest confirmed severity is low, and an F for any high‑severity finding. Packages that cannot be fully examined receive no grade, with the limitation recorded. The methodology emphasizes transparency, artifact‑level analysis, and continuous re‑examination of each version rather than a one‑time registry check.
