A life science analytics platform enabling SQL-based data analysis for research teams.
Neuron Pipeline turns the SQL query history of an organization into a portable semantic model. It mines thousands of analyst queries, dashboards and scripts, then outputs a single OSI v1.0 YAML file containing metrics, relationships, business rules and data domains. The Docker‑based pipeline runs locally, cleans and structures raw query logs, maps data flows, builds a data catalog, scores 46 business KPIs and combines everything into one reviewable file. The YAML model can be imported into major semantic platforms, and a future release will add a Neuron Agent that answers plain‑English questions with ready‑to‑run SQL generated from the extracted patterns. The tool works fully offline, with optional AI enrichment via OpenAI or Anthropic APIs, and never sends data off the machine—only the question text is sent to the AI. Installation requires Docker Desktop and a single command to process a query‑history export, delivering the semantic model within about 24 hours.
